Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in or participating in SKILLWILLS programs, services, or training modules, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Daily Time Commitment
Participants are required to dedicate a minimum of three (3) hours per day to assigned tasks, learning modules, or practical work in order to achieve expected results.

2. Serious Participation Required
These programs are designed for individuals who are genuinely committed to learning and working consistently. Please proceed only if you are serious about completing the program with discipline and dedication.

3. No Refund on Voluntary Withdrawal
If a participant chooses to discontinue, withdraw, or back out from the program for personal reasons, the company shall not be responsible for issuing any refund under such circumstances.

4. Refund Eligibility Policy
Refund requests will be considered only if the participant is unable to earn a minimum of ₹20,000 in 45 working days, provided that the participant has followed all instructions and worked regularly as per company guidelines. Refund request will Be not allowed, if candidate hasn't completed his/her 45 working days in company's work.

5. Compliance With Guidelines
Participants must strictly adhere to all instructions, schedules, and operational policies provided by SKILLWILLS. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from refund eligibility or termination from the program.

6. Results May Vary
Earnings and outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, skills, and adherence to the program structure. SKILLWILLS does not guarantee identical results for every participant.
